Absolutely brilliant company – not many honest ones around but these guys are. The office is also brilliant for keeping you informed, being helpful and not patronising to non-mechanical types. So helpful and very trustworthy.
They did all the work as per service schedule, things like engine flush, changed the brake fluid, I used to use a main agent and these jobs were never done.
I took the car to them on a recommendation from a friend following failed attempts and letdown from two other garages (one I had used for most of my 20 year) Steve (and others) worked tireless through process of elimination to establish what the problem actual was. I was kept fully informed constantly throughout the time of both issues and costs. I added MOT to it and Aircon regas which they fitted in at the same time. I cannot speak highly enough of them all there – thoroughly professional and courteous throughout the entire team even coming under quote. Will definitely be using again.

We take our work vans and our own cars here. Steve and Jacqui always polite and friendly and Steve is very honest , he never tries to add anything extra. Would strongly recommend them. Great service. Trust them completely so pleased we found them a few years ago after being ripped off by another garage. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

Such great staff, always friendly and so knowledgeable. I have always found work to be carried out on my cars quickly and to a high standard. I am told about everything that will happen with the car and during the last service I asked them to check out the oil leak that had started and I was then given a quote after inspection and the work got carried out the following day. I really cannot fault these guys at all! I have been to many garages in during my time driving and Clarks are by far the best garage I have been to and would never dream of going anywhere else.

My MOT was overdue and we were travelling the next day, so I was desperate to get it done asap, so looked up garages on Checkatrade. Clarks came out top. I called them and they were fantastically helpful! They offered to take the car that day and fit it in before closing. They were helpful, organised and my car passed first time (with some recommendations for further work in the future). I would highly recommend them – Customer Service was fantastic!
